Agora Bermuda Limited is the BMA licensed issuer with AUSD reserves in a statutorily ring fenced segregated account managed by VanEck with State Street custody and administration. Agora Blue Limited, a BVI company, operates the platform, and a New York operating company sits above the offshore entities.
Regulation
AUSD is issued by Agora Bermuda Limited, a Bermuda segregated accounts company licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority with a Class F full licence under the Digital Asset Business Act. The US is a prohibited state in the Terms with no US money transmitter licensing claimed. In April 2026 Agora applied to the OCC for a national trust bank charter to enter the US market under the GENIUS Act framework.

Agora retains reserve yield at issuer level and shares economics with distribution partners, plus an opt in AUSD loyalty rewards program at a rate Agora may change.
