Robinhood is a publicly listed (NASDAQ: HOOD) US retail brokerage founded in 2013 by Vlad Tenev (CEO) and Baiju Bhatt and headquartered in Menlo Park, CA. Its tokenized-stock product launched June 2025, issuing 200+ EU-regulated 1:1 stock & ETF tokens on Arbitrum (eventually migrating to Robinhood's own L2). Tokens are MiFID II-compliant securities issued by Robinhood Europe UAB to qualified non-US users; settlement is on-chain and tokens accrue dividends and corporate actions automatically. Robinhood is the single largest tokenized-equity issuer on-chain by ticker count, with the biggest ticker breadth across any RWA platform.
