User Terms are with Solstice Foundation under BVI law with a Cayman registered seat per the MiCA filing. SLX Ltd, a BVI subsidiary, issues the SLX token. The operating business Solstice Labs launched as a Lisbon based company funded by Deus X Capital with a separate staking arm, Solstice Staking AG.
Regulation
Solstice holds no disclosed financial services license and user Terms are with Solstice Foundation under BVI law. A MiCA Article 6 white paper for the SLX token was notified by SLX Ltd in April 2026 but is a notification rather than an approval and covers SLX, not USX. Hong Kong and Singapore disclosures state no SFC or MAS licenses with products restricted to professional and accredited investors.
