Tokeny Solutions is a Luxembourg-based regulated tokenization-infrastructure provider, founded in 2017 by Luc Falempin and majority-owned by Euronext since 2024. Tokeny created the ERC-3643 permissioned token standard (formerly T-REX), now the de-facto standard for institutional security tokens. Tokeny provides white-label tokenization infrastructure to hundreds of issuers, including the tokenized SkyBridge / Legion Strategies hedge fund (LS on Avalanche), tokenized MMFs, real estate, and private equity. As infrastructure, Tokeny earns SaaS and per-issuance fees rather than asset-management fees.
