About Trinity Protocol
Trinity Protocol is an Arbitrum issuer of tokenized real-world asset claims designed to be used as lending collateral. It has issued four asset tokens, deployed across fifteen separate contract addresses. GVLT is presented as a claim on allocated gold bullion and HYDRO as exposure to United States clean hydrogen production tax credits under Internal Revenue Code section 45V. TBUND is presented as AAA rated German sovereign bonds, although the custody document published for it describes physical 1924 German bearer bond certificates. TART is presented as a Vatican fine art collection, although the appraisal published for it covers a single papal portrait. The issuer has created eight Morpho Blue markets that accept these tokens as collateral against USDC, each at a 62.5% liquidation loan-to-value and each priced by an adapter the issuer deploys and controls. The platform also operates MetaMorpho vaults, of which eight have been deployed and one is published on its website, and a bond contract offering fixed-rate USDC notes in two series with minimum subscriptions of 100,000 and 50,000 US dollars. A Proof of Reserve contract publishes IPFS content identifiers for issuer attestation documents and computes a reserve total by summing the issuer's own treasury balances of GVLT and HYDRO at oracle prices, so that total measures issuer-held token inventory rather than custodied assets.

Entity structure
Tokens are issued under a name the issuer gives as Garret INC, a United States corporation with an EIN of 87-1576956, neither of which appears in any source the issuer publishes. A single treasury address deployed every token contract, the Proof of Reserve contract and every price adapter. It owns five of the eight MetaMorpho vaults while a second externally owned account owns the other three, and it is itself an externally owned account carrying an EIP-7702 delegation rather than a multisignature wallet.
Registry
No public registry record for the issuer could be located. The issuer is identified as Garret INC, a United States corporation, with an EIN of 87-1576956, neither of which appears on the project website, in either document published through the Proof of Reserve contract, or in the token metadata records. The surname appears once in the issuer's published material, as an annotation reading Charles Garret filling the attestor line of the custody document published for the bond token. Neither the entity name nor the EIN can be independently confirmed, because no public registry of employer identification numbers exists for for-profit entities and no record for Garret INC or Trinity Protocol appears in the GLEIF registry or in SEC EDGAR. The metadata records the issuer publishes name no issuing entity, although the gold record does name a custodian and a marking entity. The identifier the Proof of Reserve contract publishes as an issuer LEI is the string TRINITY-PROTOCOL-RWA, which is exactly twenty characters but contains hyphens and ends in letters where ISO 17442 requires alphanumeric characters throughout and two check digits calculated under ISO 7064.
Regulation
No registration has been identified. The identifier the platform publishes as its LEI is the string TRINITY-PROTOCOL-RWA, which is not a code issued under ISO 17442, and no record for Garret INC or for Trinity Protocol appears in the GLEIF registry. No Form D or other filing appears in SEC EDGAR full-text search under either name, while the bond programme is offered publicly with minimum subscriptions of 100,000 and 50,000 US dollars.

Fees & revenue
ConfidenceNo-public-data
No revenue has been identified. The platform's public offering is a bond programme that would pay fixed coupons to subscribers rather than collect fees from them, and the bond contract published on its website has recorded no token transfers of any kind, while an earlier contract of the same name recorded a single mint of 100,000 units to the issuer's own treasury. No management fee, performance fee, mint fee or redemption fee is published for any of the four tokens, and the Morpho Blue markets the platform created carry a protocol fee of zero.
How the estimate is built
Take-rate basis: Merkl reward campaigns denominated in GVLT are advertised for the gold and bond collateral markets.
Milestones
- 2026-03 first GVLT token contract deployed on Arbitrum. 2026-04 Proof of Reserve contract deployed and two attestations published. 2026-04 a forum post proposed a 5 million USDC pilot allocation from the Arbitrum Treasury Management Committee, which drew no response from the committee and was never actioned. 2026-04 TBUND, HYDRO and TART collateral markets created on Morpho Blue. 2026-05 two further token contracts named Compliance Counterpart WBTC and Compliance Counterpart USDC deployed and minted to the treasury, with no lending market created for either.
