About BingX
BingX is a derivatives-focused exchange founded in 2018 (as Bingbon, rebranded 2021) that runs the largest RWA perpetuals lineup of any exchange. Roughly 393 contracts span US and international stocks, pre-IPO names, 15 equity indices from the Nasdaq-100 to the KOSPI and Nifty, 28 commodities from gold to coffee and soybeans, and 33 FX pairs, all USDT-margined with 8-hour funding. Stock perpetuals launched in November 2025 and the venue expanded within months into the broadest TradFi coverage in the market. The platform is known for copy trading and its Chelsea FC and Scuderia Ferrari sponsorships. Corporately it is unusually opaque: customers contract with Nieve Cruz PA Corporation, and no founders or group CEO are publicly disclosed.

The customer agreement contracts with Nieve Cruz PA Corporation, with regional registrations rather than derivatives licenses: AUSTRAC digital-currency-exchange registrations in Australia (BingX Global Pty Ltd, plus StellarExchange Pty Ltd for fiat rails) and a Lithuanian FCIS VASP registration (BingX EU UAB). It has no MiCA CASP authorization and Spain's CNMV lists BingX as unauthorized. The RWA perp lineup trades on the global offshore platform without a dedicated securities license.
